Yes you can race Comer cadet at Buckmore, but you'll be very lonesome as few (if any) Comers race there. You'll be tagged onto the Honda cadet clubman grid I think. Get in contact with the comp. sec.

If you want to race against other Comers you'll need to travel a bit... Rye House, Camberley, Forest Edge, would be your nearest.
