I need to upgrade my licence from national b novice to national b. I have the signatures but when sending the 2010 form off with the cards do I need to send my licenses aswell. I got my signatures over 2 years so have 2 cards. Do I need to send my licence for both these years away or do I not have to send my licences at all?
