you need a bead breaker and tyre lever or a pair of tyre tongs. Deflate your tyres break the beads, tke the tyres off from ther OPPOSITE side to the valve. you would be better off watching somebody change thrie tyres at a meeting, they would show you how to do it, it really isnt difficult.
