'Chads' yep i said I didn't have my data to hand and i didnt recall correctly. Data i recorded was
EN16 Tensile strength 878 N/MM2
En8 Tensile strength 600 N/MM2
so about 50% greater for EN16. it was yeild stress that was double which I guess you hope never comes into play!

Was at college a long time ago! can't recall what Youngs Modulus refers to. maybe you can enlighten me some more?
