Of course the problem is the front fairing, this particular problem hasn't occured until the use of these fairings! The MSA are burying their heads in the sand or are they more scared of Mr Karting than a young child being seriously injured or possibly dead.
I have now written to the MSA, I am also canvassing an ex-karter ex F1 driver to appeal for his input. The MSA cannot advocate lowering age limits for karting to 6 years old if they refuse to listen to concerned parents who are worried about their childrens safety. They should remember that it's us parents that help finance the MSA and karting.
You could liken this to the awful Baby P saga, the powers that be knew about it but chose to do nothing and then look what happened. Different story possibly same outcome.......
