i think you can get a licence but you have to have special rules applied -possibly a letter from a consultant or your doctor saying how stable your epilepsy is and when you last had a fit - it may also depend on the type of epilepsy you have -you may have to undergo a medical possibly with an MSA appoved doctor if you ring the MSA licence dept they will advise you- they are very helpful
