I agree with Big John in the earlier post.

The seller of the goods have to sort it regardless of what the manufacturer say. Not fit for purpose.

If the manufacturer will not replace them then that is not the buyers problem. The seller should stop dealing with them and get a different make in.

Big names don't necessarily mean quality
