Just a thought it may be worth trying to establish if you have bee caught with some counterfeit boots, certain parts of the world are supplying aparently branded goods made from inferior materiels.
For my part I have aone pair of Sparco race boots that have been worn reularly for almost 10 years and are still not torn or worn out.
