Buttons karting company became very successful on the back of his tuning of comer s60 engines. He built his reputation by interpreting the rules differently to the rest, allowing him to do more extensive mods to the porting, and then successfuly argued his case at an msa tribunal. He traded as rocket motorsport for about ten years, but perhaps inevitably the company seems to have fizzled out after he sold it.
