Lubo, probably the reasons why you’ve not had any response are that 1) it’s a subject on which there has already been much speculation here and elsewhere, and 2) everyone will forecast a bright future for the product they have chosen to buy.

Hence you say it’s the Swissauto, I’ll say it’s some Wankel or other, etc, etc, etc.

However, also given the profound bias at both CIK and MSA levels in favour of 2-stroke – motivated by vested interest one has to assume, the bulk of the market will probably stick with 2-stroke until we all fit push pedals to our karts, which may be sooner than we like to think.

PS: I don’t think 2-stroke kart engines will be “outlawed” specifically: that would also have to affect huge numbers of hedge trimmers, strimmers, leaf-blowers (aren’t they wonderful??) etc.
