- Aging changes the handling as a chassis grows softer
- Different alloys used in construction
- Different tube cross section
- Different tube layout (i.e. where do they "neck" in the middle, how far apart are axle bearing mounts etc.)
- Different mounting points, shapes and usage of torsion bars front and rear
- Different standard castor, camber angles
- Different construction (material, shape) of steering components such as stubs
- Different wheels

etc. etc.

All affect the mechanical properties of a chassis, and therefore how it bends and flexes round a corner, that changes the weight distribution as well as the contact properties of the tyres, causing the difference in handling
