The 12.5 has slightly bigger holes in the Venturi and have used both and like the 12.5 better. Have also converted a few to 12.5 as the 8.5 is usually the one you get.Jetting no real differance !!
I feel the 12.5 pulls better others will say differant but thats my feeling and alot of others to but depends if the carb is a good one !!
