Sparco suits for kids are measured from foot to top of head so 150 suit will still probably be too small. Alpinestar suits appear to be bigger than sparco ones.

my sons sparco 130 was way too small for him, but has been wearing an alpinestar 130 suit all season and there is still some growing room in it.

i got my suits from demon tweeks and they have always been good with changing a suit if its the wrong size.
