They are great. They stop me snoring in the kart.

Seriously, they cost less than a tenner a box come in different colours and sizes and worth a try.

A silly experiment to try before:-

1. Take some slow deep breaths in through your nose and notice how much resistance on your diaphragm and nasal passage.

2. Now do the same but hold on to the outer edges of each nostril with your finger and thumb and pull the nostrils outwards.

Notice any difference in your ability to breath.

If yes, then that is the energy saving you make whilst exercising.

Think about it.
