Stupid question which I probably wont get an intellegent answer to but here goes anyway........

How much do the manufacturers pay the ABKC/MSA to make these rule changes that force us to go out and spend more money on helmets, chain guards, disk protectors, new clutches etc etc etc?

How many people have been seriously injured because their existing legal helmets have failed to protect them which in turn had driven this rule change on helmets?
