I would assume as the unit was in use all day for all classes and mentioned in Drivers Briefing it could be deemed as a judge of fact the MSA steward must have thought so...same as the scales of the day...whichever way you look at it we all had the same opportunity at each start....

Maybe Steve or the COC at the meeting could clear up the gray area...
