Place the transponder holder on back of seat, 25cm from ground level to middle of holder. Mark with pencil where you need to drill four small holes for the tie wraps, drill holes and attach holder with the tie wraps.

In the regulations the transponder must be fixed to rear of seat 25cm (+ or - a bit) above ground level.
