I spoke with the MSa a couple of days ago and they said that the new CMR helmets would be compulsory for cadets from 01.01.11 and recommended from 01.01.10. Not sure about bambino class and this could be from 01.01.10.
I suggested they send an email confirming the new regulations to all licence holders who are aged 13 and under - that way they are sure to get all the cadets. just hope they can get this out as otherwise we will all have to wait for the next issue of motorsport!
