seem to attract an accident.

They often maon that 'nobody ever sees anything'.

Perhaps it's them that never see.

We've had several people who have left HKC because they always seem to get damage.

The funny thing is, when I've seen them at other tracks, they are STILL getting damage and still saying 'nobody ever sees anything'.

There were three red flags yesterday but no great damage to them fortunately.

It is motorsport and it is dangerous and however much you try to avoid it, people and karts get damaged, but that is the attraction to most.

If you want cotton wool racing, go to LegoLand on their karts, 4mph and bumpers all round.

I will say that one of the accidents that happened prompted a comment of 'I bet that's number ## that's involved, and it was!

But then 'they' always get involved, probably because they lack spacial awareness or peripheral vision or won't give up a corner when they're beaten, instead of trying to get the place back again.

They'll always be a turnover of drivers at a club, people leave and new people come.

We have more comming than going so we're doing something right :)

Our numbers are growing, the venue is bloodly top class and improving month on month, did you see the crowd on the veranda? you get more flipping laps than most tracks and drivers go home tired from such a lot of laps.

We can't please 100% of people and quite frankly I don't want to try anymore because 99% is fine with me.

It might have been better if you had come and seen Wayne and myself and but you chose to gob it on here and got nothing out of it.

It's good hard racing at Rye House and that's why people come.

We've got a great bunch of drivers who we've managed to keep and we've managed to keep drivers who wanted to stop after ther first race because of what they thought was the unpleasant experience of karting.

Now they wouldn't think of staying away, (Right Paul(trophy!) and Aman, etc?)

Pity some of the regular moaners never think of maybe getting involved to address the things that they moan about instead of nuturing their grumble glands.

The people are ALL volunteers and just get expenses and as the sensible people on here keep telling you,

WITHOUT THEM YOU DON'T RACE!!!!!!!!

At the end of the day it's your choice but I expect things will be the same at every other club for you.

People say that Kimbolton never see anything and Whilton Mill have favourites.

No doubt they get just as 'ticked off' at those comments?

Do you know I've never seen a person who runs a kart club, driving around in a exotic car from the proceeds, or even a bike.
