It's often the case that companies can have brilliant PR and crap customer services.

We were racing in the Suburu French National finals last weekend, sponsored by AMB. A very nice Dutch Lady was there from AMB, working really hard to promote the product.

At the end of the prize giving there was a draw for 5 new transpondors, one of which we won.

Quite a contrast to your experience.
