Get a garage to test the plugs using a pressure and HT tester. Apparently in cars it isn't unusual to find at least one plug that is 'missing' anything up to 25% of the time. It's worth doing this even to new plugs as it isn't unknown for them to be duff as well.

On my PI gear you can see bad plug misfires as a ragged outline during what is meant to be acceleration. Fitting a new plug usually cures this.

Even a 1% misfire is going to cost you that tenth per lap.
