...if you had paid for some items which you came across on the Market Place of this website, sent a cheque for Ł100 to cover the cost of the goods and postage and 2 months later have still not recieved anything?

The bloke has stopped answering my emails. I managed to get his mobile number and hung up on me the first time I called. I googled his name and it turns out he has a website and runs drivers in the UK & Europe. Would you go as far as to name and shame?
