Tell me if im wrong here (unless rules have changed in honda cadet)

I always thought that only engines signed on for the race were ones which needed to be checked!

if im wrong then I hold my hands up!

If it was all engines used whilst at the track during official testing then thats different!

If this is the case then were the drivers weighed after each test session and tyres controlled and checked after each session? if so then the rules are wrong if this did not happen!

What im trying to say is if the rules state thay u must be in legal form during official testing then scrutineering must also check legallity on all sessions!
