It won't is the short answer - that is the whole point of the restrictor and weighting so that people of various weights can compete together - you and your kart together must now weigh 136kgs with a blue restrictor rather than 128kgs with the gold restrictor . You won't necessarily be any faster because your kart needs to be heavier.
