The problem with cheating is that it makes the championship worthless for the other competitors.We all put a lot of effort into our racing besides the money it costs and its not unreasonable to exspect a level playing field.The problem with karting today is that the regulations are not upheld and therefore when someone or body is caught breaking the rules
there is little or no deterent.
It is uo to the governing body and their officials to police and be seen to police these events in the appropriate manner.Unfortunatly in this case it appears they let everybody down.

PS,It is not the drivers fault he is a child doing his best and it is wholly unfair to blame him in any way whatsoever.
