Dan,
See below, couple of practice sessions on Sat morning, then scruitineering, then into the 2 heats and final for Saturday, Sunday is normal club round BUT the Sat and Sunday final will determine the SC, trophies for the Southern Champs and Club round. From past experience it is really important to get a good result on the Saturday to carry through to Sunday.

Southern Champs More Info

The Southern Champs explained:-
2 Heats and 1 Final on Saturday afternoon & 3 heats and 1 Final on Sunday.
The finals points of Saturday and Sunday are added together to find the Southern Champ.
