You need to unwind your undies a little !
I didnt say i disagreed with your observations, i simply asked if your comment was based on FACT ( actual temp measurements) or assumption ( more grip, ergo.. lower temperature).
By the way you react, i suspect it is the latter as you seem so touchy on the subject.
But if you are not interested in understanding why something improves your performance, thats fine...someone will figure it out and use it to improve their performance even more.

..Its called progress !
