Ah ok, what I was going to do was assume the centre of mass was the same as a construction from one of my own rims. Making any assumptions vastly in favour of a lighter magniesium so that when a very small force was found - the actual force would be much less than that. In essence, if you assume the magniesium rim is exactly the same construction as my aluminium one, then it will show the greatest possible advantage the magniesium rims would give you. (Which I would assume to be shrinkingly small)
