I have to say I think the introduction of these so called 'better' barrels really is a very bad thing for Junior Rotax, 'cause it once more brings in who has the biggest wallet wins!!! We started to race in Rotax because we were sold on the fact that everyone 'could and should' have very similar power units, and we didn't need to spend a fortune on engines just to get an advantage - which we don't have anyway. If the new barrels are worth up to half a second on a known power track like PFI, whats the point in turning up with an old 04 unit, which still cost me four figures........ I give up!! If we had the cash then we would do KF3, but we don't - exit one more driver from the sport,
