You can use any solvent in an ultra sonic cleaner.

Cheapest options are hot soapy water or parafin.

The best stuff to use is trichloroethene but i think this has been band by the EU now.

Isopropanol would be pretty useful and is available from RS. The Wurth brake cleaner fluid would also be ok to use.
