Leave it on charge.

Some do not flash if one of the cells is going practically open circuit.

It's not until it picks up a bit that it starts to charge.

How many flashes did you get before?

It is still transmitting when it flashes red.

If it refuses to charge then the batteries have failed and need replacing.

AMB route is expensive though.
