I had the same issue when I started - didn't want a trailer and needed a daily drive too.
I get all my TKM Ext stuff in a Ford Galaxy, without having to strip off wheels, pods etc.
Not sure if Rotax might be a bit wider tho.
I get kart, trolley, spare wheels, tools and boxes of bits in OK but if you were to start having multiple engines, loads of tyres etc. it might be a bit tight.
Nice daily drive too - if a little thirsty - maybe try a Diesel?
