Part of a CoC's role is education to make sure the the incidents don't happen again and the driver learns and to these ends sometimes less is more!

Then there are those that work out they can carry on creating mayhem if they are nice to the CoC in the office, of course like everyone else they should only have limited chances before heavier penalties as hard as that is for a CoC!

I've had to penalise some really nice people over the years, but the ones who are nasty make it much easier to do!
