Quick fix would be to thread to next size up and just use a cap head screw to seal it. Bleeding is a bit more messy but some calipers don't have bleed nipples only screws.
The pucker bleed nipple needs to seal at the bottom of the hole so I'm not sure if it's possible to fix properly.

More likely a new caliper methinks.
