Entry to the circuit for all set up will be available from Midday on Friday 1st May.

Saturday running order as below:

ALL drivers entered for Sunday’s race will, at signing on for Saturday practice, receive a ticket for the Hogroast on Saturday evening. O plate cadet drivers remember to collect your commemorative O Plate T shirts.
O plate drivers will also receive their ticket for control tyres. Saturday Practice will be in normal 7 minute sessions per class, however last hour will be dedicated to both categories of cadet O plate competitors,
o 5pm to 5.15pm, 5.30pm to 5.45pm Comer O Plate* times approximate
o 5.15pm to 5.30pm , 5.45pm to 6pm WTP O Plate* times approximate 4.00 – 5.00pm Saturday Signing On for Sunday’s race
o During signing on all competitors will receive a ticket for the competitor’s raffle, (will be drawn on Sunday during the lunch break)
4.30 – 6.00pm Saturday Scrutineering, no driver with their kart will be allowed on track AFTER being scrutineered!
6.30pm Children’s Treasure Hunt, collect forms from Signing on, no teams bigger than 4 people!! ( Children’s prizes for all! )
6.30 to 11.00pm Hog Roast in Marquee, all signed on drivers FREE! From 6pm to 9pm.
o Any drivers AFTER 9pm will pay Ł3.50
o 6pm to 9pm Meal deal for non drivers, Ł3.50 (any roll burger, sausage etc) and Chips. OR Hog Roast Roll at Ł3.50.
o 9pm onwards, normal pricing for food! 7.00pm main raffle draw in marquee Raffles:
o Drivers raffle prizes include: monetary tokens from BKC Karting, Tabor Karting and George Robinson Motorsport.
o Club Raffle prizes include; ipod shuffle, “Game” voucher, FEKC T shirt, FEKC winter hat, Giant Jenga, Outdoor mini gas BBQ, Freeview unit, football, George Foreman Grill, Chocolate fountain, wind up torch, drinks, powerball, Chocolates , booby prize, FEKC race entry, 2 X Waterstones vouchers, also tyres donated by JAG.... 8pm Motorsport Quiz in Marquee, prizes for winners.
7.30pm to 11.00pm Disco in marquee.
11.30pm ALL generators must be turned off! Sunday, as per race program.
