reached the chicane straight out of the pits and the engine stopped, he rolled down the grass and pushed it back to the pits where the mechanics worked furiously on the problem. The officials allowed plenty of time for the problem to be resolved including a brief stop t guide 3rd place back to 3rd place, but to no avail. The problem seemed to be sorted after about lap 2 but having missed the start Ed wasn't allowed to start.

Overall shame because Ed had a perfect score up until then.
