OK another question .....

the 2 screws ... 1 next to the engin and 1 next to the air box

what do each do... i have a basic understanding of carbs but just need to get it right ... i understan 1 of them helps with the temp and one helps with the reves and idle ... or something along them lines ... but can some one tell me in laymans terms .....
