Most of the info you want is pretty much the same for anyone using a 28hp engined Haase kart.
Failing that start with a "neutral" standard set up and then alter to suit your driving style, your weight and height.
Re tyres........what tyres are you using ?
Typically with a Vega SL3 around 12 pounds is a reasonable starting point, but again pressures are affected by weather, circuit surface, etc etc. Good luck Rene
