OK, trying to set up my Jet-Tech software with my weather station,

is RELATIVE pressure the surface pressure?

No idea ?

is ABSOLUTE pressure the mean sea level?

It would be if you and your barometer were at sea level. The absolute pressure is the uncorrected pressure at your location, therefore if you are at sea level then that would be the pressure reading on your barometer.

However Mean Sea Level(MSL) pressure is the pressure you will see on pressure maps of your location plotted as isobars.
