Heating up the housing will expand it enough for you to start the bearings moving.

Getting double bearings out is sometimes a bit more difficult.

There is a tube between the top and bottom sets of bearings and this is a snug fit between the two sets.

It can usually be pushed to one side so that you can get a drift down on to the inner journal of the inner bearing.

Work round gradually so that the bearings come out square.

It can help if you heat the stub housing and freeze the bearings with a spray if you have one.
