I'd say the same, you need to dial more rear end grip in the chassis so that you work the rear end a little bit more.
You also went from 13psi to 8 and then back up to 14. What about anything in between? Best way to test is start somewhere high (ask those at the track what's the highest pressure they ever run) and gradually go down from there. Measure temperature always in the same conditions, so that any change makes sense to you.
