is it a solid or hollow axle.

if it is solid then turn the woodruf key over so it sticks up and rap loads of tank tape or electrical tape round it (elecrical tape from wilkos cheap and cheerful) and that should work.

hollow axle do the same but only you carnt turn them round so u could by new woodruf keys as they could be worn slightley and keep slipping.
