adam, if wd40 or similar has been used to clean axle and its not been wiped proper, then chances are this can cause the problem, or if hubs have been opened with screw driver etc over a period, and theyre not clamping enough...take hubs off, wipe clean with brake cleaner/degreaser, and refit...make sure grub screws are deep enough in axle, we drill enough down to have them flush, and loctite....job done
