I wasn't really talking about increasing the limit - well 148 to 150 is a lsight increase, but for those that struggle to mount enough lead on the kart would it be better to have a lower weight but with a restrictor so they don't have an advantage, but those who run at 148/150 happily are going the same speed as before as they have no restrictor
