If his kart will not even creep forward below 3000rpm then he needs to phone JAG.

On the bar test he should not have been tested using that, it was implemented for the KF classes, not rotax.

As for this weekend, Super1 should have some of the KF tiny dataloggers (i've seen them on photos from pfi) to detect excessive slip which should be adequate to see if anyone is cheating with the clutch.
