Why not try the puncture repair spray can that you can pickup in a local garage or Halfords. You need to squirt it in the tyre just before you go out on the track as that is how it works. Have used it before and it does for an emergency repair and can get you to the end of a race meeting without having to get a new tyre.
Last ages after as well , depending on how hard your tyres are. Got 100+ laps out of a maxxis green that was repaired with this.
