I'm looking to buy to Maxxis red wets secondhand, now i've been told that I should buy some 2005 or 2006 sets as these are the best and the 2008 sets are 'useless', now i've been offered a set of slightly warn 2006 wets that feel pretty soft but the guy wants nearly as much for them as a new set, so can someone enlighten me to this statement?
