Pete, you DONT need to upgrade your license to get off your novice plates, once you have done 5 races and got the 5 signatures from each rce you can race on your red plate. your ARKS counted as one, so including your 5 races your off your novices now !! if you want to upgrade, just your send license to MSA and include the card with 5 sigs, dont think it costs but not quite sure.
