London Camera Exchange do a good deal on Pentax K200D, comes complete with 18 - 250mm lens.
10 mp. Costs about Ł450. You will need to get a good memory card and some decent rechargeable batteries. I purchased a 2Gb card and Hahnel (AA) batteries, which take around 500 shots before needing a recharge. Also worth getting 62mm UV or Skylight filter to protect the lens optics.
