i believe the magnetic sensor can be located anywhere on the floor tray. i personally have it on the bottom right floor part. between the fuel tank and my right knee, underneath the throttle cable. just make sure you mount the sensor in the right orientation.

the data key can be used in either the ebox net slot (if you use an ebox). if you dont the bottom plug on the mychron (named data/pc i think) can be used for the data key. THE DATA KEY IS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE MYCHRON 4 UNIT.

also it is best to ensure you update the mychron firmware and are using the latest version of race studio.
